Prerna, I have failed to get any sort of proof to show that I was here on June 15th. Am I screwed? Would documents that show I was here before & after that date suffice? Help please!
Yes, it is called circumstantial evidence. If you have documents before June 15 and after June 15, the presumption is that you were here on June 15.
